“Yes, I would go back. However, the text they sent me as a reminder for my appointment was to the wrong office. I guess they have two offices and they sent me to the wrong office. And then I had to fill in a bunch of paperwork, even though I had answered all the same questions online. Otherwise, I really was happy with the doctor and the staff although the wait time was pretty long. ”

“Although this was my first visit, Dr. Mandy has been my husband’s dermatologist for several years. She is thorough, personable, and takes time to listen to any concerns. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.”

Able to book an appointment in a reasonable time frame. The doctor was friendly and interested in hearing my concerns.

Bedside very lacking, dismissive of questions and treated as any questions were silly. Any conversation with doctor was rushed through.
Office personnel extremely unprofessional; gossiping about cheating husbands/mis-tresses within clear earshot of waiting room.
Would not recommend and will be looking for another doctor.

Felt that I was poorly communicated with. The issues I brought up were dismissed. The biopsy that was suggest just felt like a procedure for procedure sake. The Dr. seemed sleepy and a bit aloof

It’s fine but extremely expensive for barely any work at all. I would really only go if I absolutely need it, otherwise save your wallet. It’s a robbery

It was my first visit and it was very weird vibes. I walked in excited about my appointment and said hello but was not greeted. Immediately asked to pay and I hadn’t even been seen yet. Felt like the staff knew something I didn’t? No clear communication about coverage and what I was paying for. Asked to pay additional money on the way out after filling my prescription and didn’t even receive a heads up that the prescription would be so expensive. Ultimately wasted my time.

The staff was very friendly and the wait time was excellent. Also, the doctor was extremely helpful in explaining everything she was doing and what I could expect.

Front desk girls need much better attention to clients/patients and not their "lunchtime chatter" especially when someone is at the front desk otherwise very good visit.

I made an appointment to see Dr. Warthan but instead saw the PA at the office, she was nice enough (I don't recall her name). I don't feel like my exam was very thorough though, there were things I mentioned to the MA before the PA came in that were not communicated, the PA never mentioned any of the skin things I noted to the MA and then had to point them out myself. I was also told any removal of moles or skin tags would be sent to biopsy, okay that's great, but then am told that the results can only be discussed in person. Hopefully I won't have to pay again for this next visit. Will likely not come back after I get my results.

The Staff are amazing they were very knowledgeable about anything you asked them. They have really awesome communication and listening skills they ask questions and provide very accurate answer atleast for my experience and what I came in to have done. They explained everything to me and I was in and out with the best care ever. I would absolutely come back to this center when I have any future issues and need to see a dermatologist. I wish I could break the scale on how amazing the women are here!!!
