All information in this office is electronic. The office was having some computer issues which caused the Dr. to be running late. Even though I had a long wait, the Dr. was very apologetic and I felt she truly respected my time. She was very attentive and I felt as if I were her only patient! She was professional and knowledgeable. She was thorough in her examination and I felt confident in her conclusions and recommendations. She was well worth the wait; I highly recommend Dr. Shingate.
