About Dr. Maral Skelsey
Dr. Maral Kibarian Skelsey is one of the nation’s most experienced and respected dermatologists and Mohs surgeons. Based in Chevy Chase, MD, she provides comprehensive care for a wide range of medical and surgical dermatologic conditions, including melanoma and non-melanoma skin cancers, vitiligo, alopecia, nail disorders, birthmarks and scars. As a renowned cosmetic dermatologist, Dr. Skelsey helps patients achieve natural results using the latest techniques and technology. I visited for an annual check-up and a couple of basic issues and was informed ahead of the appointment that I'd be meeting with one of the NPs/PAs (which I was completely fine with). Everyone in the office was very nice, and even though they were a little late seeing me it wasn't a big deal. Cynthia and Monique were great! Super friendly, thorough, and a pleasure to interact with during my visit. No doubt I'll be returning for next year's annual check-up.
