The only thing I didn't like is they asked me to fill al the infio again , sign papers etc. Zocdoc has everything and I asked them to share even a copy of my isurance

Dr. Bosem is the medical director of CORRECTVISION Laser Institute and a graduate of the University Of Miami Medical School. A vision correction specialist since 1992, Dr. Bosem is known as one of the leading refractive surgeons in the nation and among the first in the U.S. to perform many of the most advanced techniques in LASIK, PRK and cataract surgery. Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, Moria and Bausch & Lomb, he has written numerous and highly respected publications on many facets of Laser Vision Correction and glaucoma treatments and is active in researching the effects of corneal (front of the eye) laser treatment and presenting his findings across the globe. In addition, Dr. Bosem offers expertise in several other vision correction procedures such as RK, ALK, AK, Verisyse, Restor and Crystalens Lens implants.
In addition to spending time with his wife, Karen, and their two great kids, Melissa and Brian, Dr. Bosem enjoys skiing, golfing, running, cycling, swimming and participating in triathlons.

Dr. Marc Bosem's staff was extremely professional and courteous. I got at the office and was seen right away. I checked in on-line and only had 1 survey form to complete upon my arrival. The assistant came out and escorted me to the back and was very nice. He explained everything to me step by step; he even engaged in pleasant conversation while he was conducting my eye exam. Upon his completion, another female doctor came in and examined my eyes further. She too was very professional. Dr. Bosem then came into the room and continued with the exam and was also very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. Upon completion, I was given coupons by one of the assistance for eye drops. I would definitely recommend this doctor's office to anyone who is in need of an eye doctor.

Arrived at 12:45 for 1:00 appt. approx. 1;15 had routine eye exam. after that I was told to wait in the waiting area. 2:00 I went up to desk to ask how much longer it would be and the receptionist said they were waiting for a room. 2min later I was in a room. 2:15 I walked out of room and told receptionist I was going to leave as my appt. was at 1:00 and I had waited long enough. Receptionist told Doctor I was leaving, so she came to take me back to room. Upon my eye exam, My eyes were dilated by doctor and then again by intern. when I left no one informed me of being blinded by the sun or offered me dark glasses. once outside I thought I was going blind.

Dr. Bosem is very knowledgeable, and his office staff are also kind. They test your eyes VERY thoroughly, and they have every machine and gadget under the sun there! Be prepared to wait, and once you are taken back, expect to be there for quite a while, like at least an hour. It takes that long for them to use all of their high-tech instruments. However, it is very much worth the wait, and they give the time each patient needs. I continue to be a patient of Dr. Bosem, and I highly recommend him.

When he saw me for this first appointment, he did not shake my hand, and had a negative attitude. I don't feel that he listened to my concerns. He did not explain any of the results of the testing his assistant did. I think Dr. Bosem is probably very good at what he does, so I would allow him to operate on me if it comes to that. He just needs an attitude adjustment.

You probably spend less than 5 minutes with the actual doctor and they completely rip you off. I spent A LOT of out of pocket money on unnecessary tests after speciically saying that I didn't want to pay for anything that wasn't covered. I was supposed to have received a copay but they processed me as a deductible. Needless to say I would NEVER go back here.

He was professional, took the time to explain what the diagnosis was and gave recommendation regarding follow up care. Provided short video clip to explain findings from my evaluation. I found that very helpful.
The assistant who take care of me was professional, pleasant and although she was busy, she took the time to answer my questions as the exam progressed.
