Dr. Miriam Anglo is an experienced medical optometrist dedicated to providing comprehensive, personalized eye care. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree with honors from Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry, where she also received the Southern Council of Optometry Award for Clinical Excellence. Her advanced clinical training included an externship at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute and an ACOE-accredited residency in ocular disease at Aran Eye Associates. Dr. Anglo spent more than five years as an Assistant Professor at Nova Southeastern University, where she cared for patients while educating and mentoring future optometrists. She has also published in peer-reviewed medical journals, presented scientific research, and participated in clinical studies. Her areas of expertise include comprehensive eye examinations, diabetic eye care, cataract evaluations, pre- and postoperative care, glaucoma, and dry eye disease. Dr. Anglo is known for her compassionate, thorough, and patient-centered approach.
