About Dr. Marc Mizzer
Marc Mizzer, DC, is a board-certified Doctor of Chiropractic and Pain Management Acupuncturist at Dabbs Rehab Center of MD in Columbia, Maryland. Dr. Mizzer has been nationally board-certified since 2001.
He became a chiropractic patient following a sports-related injury in 1995 and was utterly blown away by how quickly his body healed and how great he felt following his treatments. This experience inspired him to pursue a career in the fantastic field of Chiropractic and Rehabilitation.
Dr. Mizzer earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College West (originally founded as Pacific States Chiropractic College) in Hayward, California, a school renowned for its chiropractic program. He also holds a Bachelor of Science from The Pennsylvania State University (Penn State) in Centre County, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Mizzer welcomes anyone seeking to achieve a higher level of health and wellness, including those with chronic lower back pain, neck pain, headaches, carpal tunnel syndrome, and TMJ dysfunction. He specializes in multiple chiropractic treatments and acupuncture to relieve muscle spasms and pain.

I’m so glad I followed my gut, by not waiting 3 weeks to see a spine specialist. My nerve pain was debilitating.
I went on ZocDoc & stumbled across Dr. Mizzer. I had no idea I’d be going to such a nice facility.
I walked into a clean & friendly atmosphere. The front desk ladies are so friendly, caring, & go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. I haven’t felt such great customer service in a long time.
Next I met the Chiropractor Assistants. Two very friendly & knowledgeable ladies. They showed me around the PT area, demonstrated proper equipment use & explained how visits work.
These ladies cheered me on to push through anxiety, finish what I needed, while making sure I was comfortable the entire time. They did a great job helping to boost esteem. I felt no judgement.
Dr Mizzer is an empathetic man with a caring attitude. He is very knowledgeable & listens to your concerns. I now have a 3 month treatment plan & am on my way to recovery. I have a great outlook on recovery.

They are great!!! I’m a returning customer and loved this place. All the staff from the front desk all the way to the back gym everyone is so kind and attentive for your problem. I recommend this VIP place . The Dr are incredible. They have a nice gym and very good machines for massages stretching etc…. Thank you guys one more time for taking care of my health. ??

I like that the office administration is so automated. I was able to complete 90% of my intake documents online rather than rushed right before my appointment. Also notable is that his office can x-ray in-house, this is a huge plus for me. I visited another office a few days earlier that asked to go for x-rays, it is the reason I choose DABBS.
