“The staff was so friendly and warm, they were on top of everything prior to me going in. Ethan, an NP I believe went through all my details thoroughly with care and caution. Dr. Otten was really great. He was easy to talk to, cared about my concerns, reassured me I was ok and provided a recommendation for follow up with a different doctor. Overall, I felt heard and was given the best bedside manner- not rushed or undermined. .So grateful to have met this team. . ”
