The Doctor asked me questions and listened intently and had answers for me along with options as well as answered all the questions I had concerns with. She was very professional but not to the point I felt like just another patient. I normally hate going to the doctors for anything, but I look forward to going back for my follow up! Oh, didn't mean to forget to let ya'll know that the staff there was just as professional and friendly, full of nothing but smiles and superlative customer service! I highly recommend Dr. Norman!
