She completed her residency in General Psychiatry at Albert Einstein Medical Center and a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. She worked at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia for 14 years in various capacities. She spent most of her time in the outpatient faculty practice, where she assumed clinical and leadership roles, including serving as Interim Medical Director. Dr. Solon provided clinical supervision for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellows and taught and supervised medical students and rotating residents from the Adult Psychiatry program at the University of Pennsylvania. She also supervised the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and offered consultation to other medical specialties. Additionally, she collaborated with the Regional Autism Center at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
