“I actually booked here by accident, I thought I had booked with an orthopedist (thanks ZocDoc), but since I was already there & paid, I still saw Dr Guevara & she helped me so much! Finding care where people believe you and treat your ailments seriously is huge & she did that 100%. Gave my knee a good check, looked at my previous xray results (idk how she had access to it, but I'm glad she did!), explained what she saw better than my previous dr & gave me a solid follow-up plan. I am so thankful for this accident, I've been in pain for over a year & she came through for me!”

Maria believes in providing individualized, integral care that caters to a patient's values, background, and goals in order to achieve a more healthy, fulfilling life. I never make appts for well checks. I went in and after discussing my concerns, I left very frustrated. I don’t feel like she listened to me. She was pushing certain medications after I made it clear I wasn’t interested. She seemed to want me to follow her plan instead of building a plan with me.
