About Maria Seitz
Maria is a Registered Dietitian and health writer who strongly believes in improving physical, mental, and emotional health through nutrition. She earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and a Master's in Clinical Nutrition from Rutgers University. After rebuilding her own relationship with food and her body, learning how to heal the body through nutrition, and using nutrition to enhance her lifestyle, Maria dedicated her career to helping others do the same. I have seen many dietitians and none have been as personable, knowledgeable, supportive, kind, and helpful as Maria. It is truly a blessing to have found her. She is helping me cure my relationship with food in a way I didn't know possible. Her knowledge and passion for food science and body health are unmatched and shows through every word. She takes time and care with me and truly helps me make realistic goals that result in lasting change.
