Maria Greulich, RN, CNM started her career in 1980 as an OB/GYN nurse practitioner and became a practicing midwife in 1987 in the Los Gatos community. Bay Area Maternity provides exactly what I was looking for as a maternity practice. I wanted the opportunity to have a natural, unmedicated birth, exactly what they specialize in. As a first time mom I didn't want to be coerced into some kind of unnecessary procedure so I was elated to know that they were so supportive, informative & encouraging with the natural process. It was so nice to be on the same page. I could totally trust them with everything.

Maria is highly professional and caring. She always has great tips to solve small annoying "situation" (hemorroids etc.) and she instills calm and positive reassurance. I am very satisfied and happy of the whole team and would highly recommend them!
