She was very kind, open to questions, and made sure I got everything I needed from the appointment before ending the telehealth call. I wasn’t expecting blood work to be ordered, but she made it very simple by sending the order to all Quest offices. I booked an appointment at my convenience and she said I would hear back once the results were in. I did get a message via the Healow app that everything was updated. I would book another appointment with her in the future!

I will start off with my positives! The office is clean and looks very nice. The receptionists very pleasant. The ultrasound tech I had could tell I was nervous and really put me at ease. Now onto my unfavorables— Dr. Kirollos was okay. I went because I have suspected I have PCOS for a long time, and for an overall check up. I understand she also specializes in esthetics and this was clear to me. She asked if I wanted anything prescribed for acne when I never indicated that this was an issue to me and honestly I never even thought my acne was that bad. Weight loss was recommended based on my blood work which I am completely behind, but I made it clear that I wanted to start with lifestyle changes before trying any other measures. For whatever reason, she wrote me a prescription for a weight loss medicine anyway. I did not fill it and I don’t think I will be back.

Process was very smooth. Show up early to check in but there was minimal waiting time otherwise. Was able to get my annual physical and bloodwork done in the same appointment (make sure you fast for the bloodwork). Dr. Kirollos was very efficient and patient in terms of answering questions and performing the physical. I will be coming back!

I called before hand to confirm that this was the right place for me, this is an OBGYN office that seems more focused on family planning, I am not that I was looking to see a primary care to continue getting my prescription refilled, she was hostile and accusatory from the jump because I use a controlled substance. After treating me like a criminal she told me my blood pressure was high, Dr. Kirollos then said she needed additional testing to confirm my blood pressure was maintainable, this was additional resources from me, only to be told there was nothing wrong with my blood pressure originally when I came back. Then after all this Dr. Kirollos advised I see a psychiatrist to continue prescribing my meds which is standard practice, but because of this rigamarole and her "Not feeling comfortable" I am in the worst pain of my life currently. And must wait until sometime next month to find relief. I would caution those with similar circumstances from seeing her.
