Getting to know Marianna Garibaldi
As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) licensed in New York State, my clients appreciate the warmth, professional integrity, and open communication that define my psychiatric practice.
My passion to help others began in 2008 when I first started working with New York Presbyterian Hospital – Westchester Division. I have worked in various psychiatric settings, including an Affective Disorders Unit, Substance Use Rehabilitation, Electric Convulsive Therapy (ECT), Quality and Patient Services Department as well as assisting NYPH in their Magnet journey. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, I obtained a Master of Arts in Nursing Education. It was then that my passion to educate others took flight. My experience includes educating and training staff members at Gracie Square Hospital on the latest evidenced-based research as well as training future nurses in both the classroom and clinical setting.
My motivation to help and educate others about mental health was the driving force behind the creation of Serenity Telemental Health. My mission is to provide an environment that is educational, free from judgement and accessible from the comfort of your own space.
