I was not able to see Dr. Rosen because they did not receive my appointment on ZocDoc, even though the appointment was confirmed on my end. I had to reschedule, which is likely not the fault of the office, but make sure to call directly and confirm your appointment just in case this happens to you.

Her patients appreciate her attention to detail, compassionate demeanor and ability to keep them at ease during their visits.
Dr. Rosen graduated from the Campus Honors Program at The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and subsequently earned her medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School. She completed her internship at Northwestern Memorial Hospital followed by a Dermatology residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Rosen is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, Chicago Dermatological Society, Illinois Dermatological Society and American Medical Association.

I did not like her bed side manner. She wasn’t warm. The visit was also literally 5 mins long. In and out like a machine. See as many patients as you can to make the money. We won’t be returning.

She did not introduce herself. She just came in the room with 2 medical students saying, "Is it okay if they come in?" Within 3 minutes it was over. No greetings just, "let me see the spot" and we were done. It was like a flash. She needs to slow down. Get to know people at least a little and not go 100 mph rushing.

She didn’t even check my issue! She took a visual look and said she didn’t know what it was and sent me home. said come back in a month. def going to someone else! They had people buying product from them. which leads me to believe they’re only there for profit, not for people
