ZocDoc needs to clarify their drop-down menus for when appointments are exams versus discussions (i.e. just consultations). By specifying my medical concern on the appointment request, I was incorrectly slotted for a doctor consultation versus an actual exam. Thankfully, the doctor’s office was willing and able to pivot their schedule to perform an examination during my visit.

Staff competent, friendly and nice.
Good experience overall. Lovely pictures in the patient rooms and Very warm with a nice water fountain flowing to feel at ease.
