I love this doctor and have no complaints about her. The receptionists weren't wearing masks consistently, some not at all. Masking wasn't enforced with other patients in the waiting room, there were patients coughing without masks and staff ignored it. This office only takes cash and checks, no cards, and did not have change, which if you take cash, you should have.

Really great doctor. A very good listener and explains everything well.
Unfortunately the wait times are long. Today I was called in after an hour which was fast for this office. Be prepared to spend 1.5-2hrs waiting to be called.

I absolutely love Dr. Marie, her staff...not so much! I've been a patient for Dr. Marie for 4 years. She is very knowledgeable, bedside manner is awesome, and she remembers the minutest of details in prior conversations with you. Her staff is awful! Particularly her reception staff. They are rude, will yell at you and the most recent offense would be setting up an appointment for me knowing the office was closed!!! I took a half a day off of work to go to my appointment which should've been 7/1/19 at 8am, to find out that the office was closed on that particular day! Not one phone call to let me know. I still have the appointment card as proof that they gave me. Also, there is a very bad miscommunication between her staff and the pharmacy. Time and time again there is a disconnect on her staff relaying information to have medications refilled. The misinformation this time around when my pharmacy asked me to call the office since they were getting the runaround from her staff has further convinced me that I am leaving this doctor office behind. I can no longer tolerate the level of unprofessionalism of dealing wither her staff. Because of the staff I was left without a refill on my medication for over 2 weeks and once again when I called they gave me a different story! I would always recommend Dr. Marie, but unfortunately I can't recommend if it means going to that office and dealing with her reception staff!
