“The Front Office woman were extremely polite, knowlegeable and professional. The score would be higher if the ladies in the back didn't have me waiting 45 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes earlier than my 2pm appointment. After 2:30p I inquired at the front desk about the long wait. One of the women eager kindness got up to checked with the nurses in the back and politely informed me I would be called shortly and apologized. Within 2 minutes I was called back whereupon the nurse sought to my concerns. Dr. MJ's bedside manner was great! A good listener, informative, and not intimidated by questions I asked. It was quite refreshing to have a doctor who did not "Ghost" me.”

Everything was excellent from check in to my appointment with Dr. Mjaltaj, to the nurses to the phlebotomist who took my blood.
Dr. Mjaltaj was attentive, patient and addressed every single issue / question that I had. She made all the requisite referrals I needed and ordered my flu shot on the spot.
Look forward to having her as my primary doc going forward.

Not sure why I was charged for blood work for an annual physical. Coworkers weren’t charged at their PCP for blood work and physical. Guess they decided to charge more… not happy about this.
