“I found this provider and was able to book an appointment right away. While I wasn’t able to see the actual provider, the visit went well. My only issue would be to make sure that a patient knows prior to booking whether they’ll be able to see the provider they booked or if they’ll be seeing a PA. I wasn’t made aware of this until the day of the appointment as I was in the room waiting.
Bonus because the office has Saturday appointments. Conveniently located office and the staff was pleasant. I would highly recommend this office. ”

I was exceptionally happy about everything until I kept being led on, while I almost ran out of medication; I booked the appointment for a prescription refill, but that was not filled or at least not in time, causing enormous pressure and the same problem I initially had. I know I may not have been perfect, but I was made even worse without medication refilled.
