I am a new patient to Dr. Ferrazzo and was very pleased with how everything went. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and non-judgmental. The only minor issue I had was that sometimes I felt she talked too fast but I did not feel rushed because of it. Overall, I had a positive experience and felt everything was very efficient.

This is a terrific, well-run practice. I am a new patient and I came from a terrible practice, so I know a good one when I see it! Everyone was super friendly and helpful - from the front desk, to the lab, to the nurses, to the schedulers, to the doctor. Dr. Ferrazzo is warm and easy-going and doesn't make you feel rushed - she took the time to talk to me and get to know me. I'm excited to finally be part of a great practice!

Literally the best doctor I’ve ever visited and I’ve visited over 10 doctors in my lifetime. She actually washes her hands and her bedside manner is amazing. I had an appointment at 3 and I was done by 4:10. In that time I filled out paperwork, had a physical, blood-drawn, a PPD, and a booster shot. I also had a 20 min consult with the doctor and 10 min interviewing with the assistant about my past medical history. Honestly I am going to recommend all my family and friends to go there.

I was super nervous to be seeing a new doctor, in a new state nonetheless. However, Dr. Ferrazzo and the staff at Summit Medical Group were absolutely amazing, kind, personable, and attentive. From the front desk, to the lab work desk, and everyone in between, I had a great experience that makes me eager to recommend them to anyone looking for a new primary care physician. Dr. Ferrazzo listened to my concerns as well as my current actions of care, recommended me some new things to do/try (not necessarily medication) and was very easy to talk to. Having had my info filled out in advance through their online portal, allowed me to be seen within 10-15 min of my arrival, and I arrived early.

I can't say enough about her bedside manner and felt more comfortable and cared for than I have with any other doctor in my 66 years. Dr Ferrazzo-Weller literally saved my life. She is extremely knowledgeable and kind. She listened carefully to me describe my symptoms and instead of prescribing medication/steroids she made sure I got a chest X-ray and found a large mass in my chest. I went to the ER/Hospital where I was diagnosed with Pericardial Effusion (which needed emergency surgery) and Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. I just finished treatment and I am in complete remission. Thank you...My family and I are eternally grateful!

She listened and wasn't completely tied up to her traveling laptop. I hate when doctors travel with laptops but if they have to, I don't want to be speaking to them and they never turn away from it.
She also reassured me that everything I was doing was good steps for my condition and explained to me why certain things might be happening to my body rather than just trying to write me a script.
I appreciated her honesty and willingness to listen to my grievances about my condition.
