Dr. Dmytriv was very nice, but couldn't provide the service I booked my appointment. She advertised as offering travel vaccinations. In reality, she sent me to Walgreens to have them. I could have saved some time by going straight to Walgreens.

ZocDoc had my appointment as 3.30, however the office had me down as 3.45. Perhaps there was a disconnect with ZocDoc?

I'm so happy to have switched doctors recently. With my previous doctor I feel like I spent a lot of time working through hypothetical solutions while Dr. Dmytriv gets right to an accurate diagnosis and solution. Dr. Dmytriv has been incredibly helpful and is extremely pleasant as well.

Dr. Dmytriv herself is sweet and has a good bedside manner. When you are seen, she doesn't rush her appointments or her patients which is nice because you do feel like she's listening. My lack of 5-star review is for the overall clinic, lack of follow-up after receiving treatment (I had to call the clinic myself to see what follow-up actions should take place), and the large presence of ads for different services throughout the clinic irks me. I'm a nurse, I understand healthcare is a business, but too many ads for different skin care "bootcamps" and "specials" promising clear complexion reminds me of an infomercial, not a primary care clinic.
