This office discriminates against patients and their conditions. I was literally told DURING the appointment “we do not prescribe biologicals”. That was policy was not posted anywhere prior to the appointment, the nurse assistant never mentioned that policy while filling out my intake form, and I was very transparent regarding my prescription, how long I’ve been on it, the fact it has controlled by condition for several years. Yet, this joke of an office wants to downgrade my therapy and decrease my quality of life. What kind of patient care is that? Therefore, I made clear to whatever loser ass nurse on the call to reverse my claim and they should have mentioned something prior to the patient before filling the intake form. You clowns!!!!
