“Were to begin! Tomasa call me early in the morning to make sure I was ready for my appointment. Arriving at the office, She was super sweet, answered all my questions, supper helpful. Then I was directed by Grace to get my vitals and weight checked, she was also amazing, sweet, kind and asked me all the questions needed to prepare me to see Dr. Levstik.
Love Dr. Levstik energy, very respectful of my time , very honest, and clear approach. He pays attention to every word I say, and shared his knowledge with lots of respect and concern.
I’m very happy with my visit at Intermountain Heath , the ladies at front , and very pleased with Dr. Levstik.

The doctor was very rude and unprofessional. First thing he said to me was that I “look like an incredibly sick patient” and I am not currently sick on top of other rude remarks. When I attempted to address his unprofessional attitude, he proceeded to say “okay then I’ll end this call right now” with no care or regard for me as a person who has been waiting months to find a primary care provider.

Very nice and understanding, I was a little late bc I thought my appointment was at 10:30 but check in was at 10:20. Although the office was a little hard to get a hold of (so many phone operated options) the doctor still saw me and didn’t seem rushed or anything. He listened to all my concerns and overall good experience

Most condescending and rude doctor I have ever met. DO not book him for transgender care. I had to explain basic terms to him and he told me to pay for my hormones out of pocket so he wouldnt have to deal with the prior authorization. I refused to do that. He acted like I was a burden the whole time and lectured me.over and over about my weight. Worst doctor I have ever met and Ive worked in healthcare for 23 years. Seemed overwhelmed by my health history and made me feel like a burden. Horrible doctor.

This doctor wasn't helpful at all. I'm very sick with thyroid issues. I've lost a lot of weight, I'm weak and shaking all the time. It's affecting my mood, and I'm getting worse by the day. I got an online appt. because it takes to long for a new patient appt. in person. I was hoping for any help I could get.I asked for a referral to endocrinologist. I was made to feel stupid for even asking.. as if I was wasting her time. She did agree to put in a referral to an allergist, but I don't think she did.....She said to go get bloodwork...I was glad to at least get that...It's a start......After waiting through a holiday weekend, I was excited to get blood work, but the order for the labs WAS TO BE COMPLETED BY THE END OF THE DAY OF MY APPT! IT WAS FRI MAY 27 AT 5:30 PM! There was no WAY I could have gotten labs that day! She didn't even tell me where to go for the labs! She said to call and find out? Now it's Tuesday the 31th and I have no answers, no help, and sicker than ever.

I had to bring my 7 year old and 5 year old to the appointment with me on short notice. Nurse Lanna let the kids check all my vitals i.e. blood pressure, pulse/ox, and listen to my heartbeat. Needless to say my kids were overjoyed. Dr. Mark was equally as engaging with them. I am amazed at how he was able to be so attentive to my needs, as well as theirs.

Not a fan of Dr Levstik's demeanor. He talks at you, rather than to you. Seems like he has his talking points loaded up before walking into the room or even talking to you. I'd rather go to a doctor that at least pretends to listen.

Dr. Levstik was easy to talk to, convenient, and reliable. He also provided a way for me to save money using GoodRX which was way better than going through my insurance. Highly recommend.
