Dr and nurses are fantastic I felt well cared for and answered all my many questions in details. The first time the receptionist seemed to be in a bad mood. She was short with me and seemed annoyed in general through the whole process. Check out ladies were great both times. Yesterday for my check in, she seemed bothered. She handled me a sample cup to urinate in and directed me where to go to give my sample. When I asked (while standing in the lobby) what the urine sample was for - she replied that it was to test for my infection since I have HPV. Not only is this inaccurate as the dr told me this was actually to confirm I was not pregnant so I could have my biopsy I was scheduled for. She also announced this at a regular volume with other patients in the waiting area. Being already extremely alone and embarrassed, not to mention it was a complete violation of my privacy. I was so embarrassed I almost left. But instead called my boyfriend to come stay with me since I was so embarrasse

In my opinion he’s an amazing doctor. I came in confused and slightly in pain he cleared it up. A Great listener, very supportive, gave me great options which helped me not be confused. I usually don’t prefer younger doctors but I felt an Immediate connection through his gentle energy.
