“Only thing is the appointment was at 9:45, I completed my end early and arrived at 9:30 and then proceeded to wait until 10:20 at work.. I called the office a nd the person who answered from the call center (male) said, its a doctor office so lucky to have an appointment and could be up to 1:30 late. This is really unacceptable as if I were 10 minutes late, most offices don't accept you and charge you for the visit”

Maryellen Baldino actually took the time to listen to my entire complicated medical history, while actually looking at me and not just at a computer, and offered encouragement, a plan of action, and did it with sincerity and compassion.

This was my first visit so we're just getting to know each other. I gave her all my information and she gave me an order to go get blood work. I have another appointment so that we can review it so that she has more information and has a baseline.

She's good, always listens. A little rushed at this visit but it was very late in the day, just shortly before the office closed, so I totally understand people want to get home. Even in the short visit my NP addressed all my concerns.

Addressed all my concerns.

The pre-op tests and exam were fine, but the flushing of the ear was so painful and they should not have continued . I was so uncomfortable for the remainder of the day and took Tylenol for the pain . They provided drops and scheduled an appointment the next day, but I canceled, since I feared any further flushing would worsen the problem. To be clear, I did not have any ear problems when I came to the office, just impacted wax which did not bother me.
