Going to Pinnacle Dermatology was a breath of fresh air. The office is beautiful, the front desk staff was so nice, and Mary my provider was amazing. I definitely recommend this place and Mary!

Dr. Mary Frausto was excellent. She was attentive and listened to my concerns. She explained what the health issue was and how she could treat it. She advised to treat it in a couple of visits to avoid any problems and a lot of discomfort. Her staff as courteous, professional and helpful. I highly recommend her.

Mary Frausto , FNP is the provider I saw on first visit.
Mary was polite with good bedside manners and very thorough with a full body scan. As with most providers, there’s a sense of feeling rushed, I did not get that from this office.?
Mary was very informative with the processes needed to address any issues and any treatment recommendations .

Appt was 10 minutes. Briefly went over concerns and was given 3 small samples. Can only go over one concern due to insurance. Wouldn’t even look at cyst to tell me if I should make another appt for it. Next time will see my primary care provider or stick to google. Google was more helpful than this appt. Waste of time and money.

The staff here are incredibly rude, demeaning, and disrespectful. I have never felt more violated or humiliated before. I felt as if I was bothering everyone in there the second I walked in. I was talked down to the entire time. The medical assistant barely made eye contact with me and asked if I used “Dr Google” when I explained what I think I might be dealing with. I was made to strip down and expose my genitals. The dermatologist took pictures of other areas of my body without my permission. She spoke over me and I had to explain the same thing multiple times. By the end, the Doctor said it might be what I initially thought it was. My biggest regret is not reading reviews on Yelp or Google before booking with them on Zocdoc. I left that office disgusted and feeling exposed. I will never return to this office and I hope others are able to avoid it as well.

The office was very clean with a nice atmosphere. Pinnacle Dermatology is inside a building named Spectrum Dermatology, with no large visible indicators that Pinnacle Dermatology is inside. The office staff was pretty unfriendly. Treated me like I was a bit stupid for being unsure if I was in the right place. How am I supposed to know if I've never been here ? Perhaps they are overworked; they just seemed a bit cold. Appointment was nice and quick! I had the sense she was running behind schedule, but she didn't make me feel rushed which was nice.

This was my first time seeing a dermatologist since I have moved to Arizona. Mary was super sweet and clearly knew what she was talking about. She made me feel so comfortable during my visit and gave me lots of samples to try along with my prescriptions. :))

To my surprise, I was seen ten minutes early - a rarity in the medical world. Once a room, I was seen promptly, and the provider gave adequate explanation information regarding a potential diagnosis to the best of her ability. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
