Dr. Mary Frazel, ND, listened attentively and offered advice I’ve already applied to my life. While thoughtful, much of it felt more like life coaching than medical care. Once she began sharing her views, the session shifted from a conversation to more of a lecture. She made assumptions based on limited info, which felt premature and lacked openness to nuance. She also strongly opposed veganism and expressed concerns about EMFs, which I’m open to exploring—but her delivery felt rigid. No physical exam was performed, which surprised me since she’s listed as a PCP on Zocdoc. She was also unable to help with continuing my antidepressant prescription, adding complexity to my care. She may suit someone seeking firm naturopathic guidance, but those in transition who value collaborative, flexible care may want to look elsewhere.

Dr. Frazel was brilliant to work with. I was very nervous but both the office staff and her office specifically made me feel so comfortable. I’d never been to a naturopathic doctor before, and this exceeded my expectations. It was a much more relaxed environment and Dr. Frazel took time to understand my history and background and to listen to my concerns, and then work with me for solutions. I loved that she wrote me a care plan/to do list of next steps that I could follow and refer back to! Absolutely would recommend her and the practice
