Dr. Amini’s staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and seemed to be very hardworking. Dr. Amini seemed to be deeply concerned for my health which I thought was a good thing! I could see why people with specific health concerns could see her as a bit brusque, but since I’m fairly young and my health is in good shape I appreciated her point of view. She got straight to the point and didn’t mince words, which I appreciated. Each visit for me lasted less than 30 minutes from the time I parked to the time I left- which is something I like a lot about her. She also does well woman exams which saved me a trip to the obgyn.

All office staff was very welcoming and professional. Waited in the exam room for about 5 minutes before the doctor came in.

Excellent experience She was through, took her time and listened to me completely So comforting to have such a good doctor
She was in a rush to finish my appointment and didn't address my questions. She left midway through me asking a question!

Just was not happy did not even come close to the issues that I went there, for so I wasted my time.
Verified patient
Less than professional. Nobody seemed put together. Eager to jump to conclusions without listening.
She was very nice. She was not rushed or in a hurry and made sure all my questions were answered.

Dr. Amini was great!! She was so nice and helpfully!
waited 40 minutes to talk to this doctor for 2 min.
Staff is AMAZING! So nice. Dr. Amini on the other hand…. Without a doubt the worst experience I’ve had with a physician. She initially walked in and asked if I had any underlying issues I wanted to talk about… as I began to talk about one (hand has been numb for a week) she IMMEDIATELY said that this is only a wellness check and I’d have to come back and make another appointment… ok so I guess I don’t have any underlying issues to talk about? Why’d you ask that? She then looked at my past health records and had a judgmental comment about numerous things… things that every other physician I’ve met with have never addressed in the tone or way she had. Overall I felt unheard, judged, that any healthcare provider I’ve seen prior to her are basically “hacks”/don’t know what they’re doing, no drive to understand or help find a solution, didn’t have a care in the world to discuss anything other than what she saw face value. In closing…. I felt great going in and HORRIBLE… absolutely HORRIBLE about myself and my health leaving her office. I’ve never left an appointment in tears… but Dr. Amini, congratulations… you’re #1 in that category. Physicians like her are the reason people don’t go to regular check ups and risk patients leaving undiagnosed/misdiagnosed. If you want a thorough provider, DR. AMINI IS NOT the provider for you. Based on the previous reviews… shame on me.
Paperwork on this app did not help.

She did attend to my reason for showing up so the purpose was served, but she was weirdly kind of aggressive when asking for what pharmacy to send my prescription order to after I told her I didn't immediately know of one because I hadn't used one in a long time and had to find one on my phone. It seemed to really irritate her that I had to spend more than a few seconds to look up an address for a pharmacy. The actual time she was there helping me was probably about 4 minutes in total. So while mission accomplished I'll probably find someone else next time

I have never experienced a doctor as rude and unprofessional as this. I was simply shocked, frustrated and disappointed with this entire experience. Zero bedside manner. Zero empathy Zero focus or care This is not what you want to deal with when you aren’t feeling well. Do not recommend
The nurse was fabulous. The doctor however was borderline unprofessional. Her bedside manner was non existent. She was extremely condescending and rude. I will not go back for my follow up. I’m currently looking for a new doctor.

Her weight loss plan works, but she is not good with listening or empathy, I felt invisible and interchangeable, and at a certain point it just wasn't worth going anymore.
Verified patient
Cold short gave me false information about what I was asking for and the receptionist gave me what I needed when the doctor said something different. Then just stood up and said let’s go. I guess the visit was over basically making me feel like A few types of ways . yes I teared up. she made me feel like crap when I tried to answer her questions and the way she would turn back to me after having her back to me while she types, her body language said a lot. my responses were not clear enough for her and that made me angry and then couldn’t even think straight.
Verified patient
Dr not a listener, just pushing tests.
I would not recommend this doctor. She is rude; a real lack of bedside manner. She spoke over me when I was trying to describe my symptoms and situation. I never felt like she really cared about my health and felt even worse leaving the office than when I went in.
Verified patient
Love it. She took her time with me.
Verified patient
The delay in my appointment was primarily due to my outdated Medicare card. None the less, the entire office staff was extremely efficient and very friendly at the same time. I was very impressed with my whole experience.
Verified patient
Just because she has 4 stars means nothing. Not a good visit. She was rude, SO RUDE, rushed me, and did not want me to talk about my symptoms. She made me feel bad for being there. She made me feel bad for having symptoms. Why be a doctor if you don’t care about people. Dr. Maryam Amini, go do something in medicine that’s not client facing. Maybe become a scientist or a researcher, idk just go do something else.. You are very dismissive and impatient and make people feel bad for being ill. Anyways, front desk people are nice, too bad they aren’t the doctors.
Pretty good. The staff are very accommodating in the reception desk. Doctor Maryam was very detailed in asking question regarding health issues. All of my transaction re: health especially the staff who attend to my laboratory test are all accommodating and friendly.
When I had my first consultation, I was hopeful. She seemed to be very helpful and attentive. She offered some decent tips for the short-term and requested lab work. I got the lab work done, results were sent to her and so I proceeded to call her office to schedule a time to discuss. I have been trying to reach her office for a week and every time I get forwarded to some call center that continues to tell me “We will leave this message with the doctor and she will contact you.” Well, a week goes by and I still haven’t heard from her. I am still in pain every day and am forced to find another doctor and have the results sent to them. Waste of time, waste of money, avoid her!

Dr. Amini is very knowledgeable and smart but I constantly felt like I was being judged. The nurses there are so kind and nice but I did not feel like Dr. Amini was very interested in what I had to say. I would not recommend :/
Very welcoming, listened to everything,

Despite what other reviews have said, I found Dr. Amini to be thorough in her analysis and caring in her treatment. I went to her for a second opinion and am happy I did. She provided me a proper diagnosis and went above and beyond to help me with other medical issues. I will continue to use Dr. Amini as my PCP.
Verified patient
She was amazing and asked lots of questions. I definitely didnt feel rushed and she really listened too. I am going to make her my primary care physician moving forward.
