The older asian woman at the front (some sort of vital tech) was incredibly rude to me as I arrived. She was frustrated because she wasn't aware of my appointment and said "we don't use zocdoc." she clearly has anger issues and took her frustrations out on me as I was checking in. I told other staff and they said they were aware of her personality and that she is "working on it." The woman I was seen by is incredible though - her name is Rebecca I think. She's absolutely lovely.
