Healthcare these days is complex. Working as a healthcare provider in primary care allows me to connect with people and work together to navigate a path to a healthier life. I enjoy building rapport with my patients and seeing them have ownership and pride in their health.
The goal of primary care is to serve the whole patient—caring for their ongoing physical and mental health conditions, managing any acute needs they may have, and keeping them up to date on their preventive health screenings and vaccines. Primary care serves as the patient's medical "hub," allowing them to have one place to express concerns and get answers when things get confusing.
I earned my Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Gannon University in Erie, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide comprehensive care.
I live in the Pittsburgh area and love spending time outdoors. When I'm not working, I enjoy running, woodworking and rehabbing furniture, and spending time with my husband and two little kids.
