I appreciated that I didn't have to wait more than about 10 minutes to be seen by the doctor. The office staff was wonderful. Dr. Grimm asked why I had come to see him and when I explained that I had neck and shoulder pain and had been to see a physical therapist but still had pain, he gave me a very cursory exam and then recommended a cervical epidural. I had sent the results of an MRI of my neck which he hadn't seen. It took about 10 minutes for them to locate the MRI results and he confirmed his recommendation. I would think that a more thorough exam would have been required to recommend treatment. It seemed to me that he jumped to a conclusion and although it may have been the correct one, I can't help but feel that I was treated like a number.

Dr. Grimm was attentive and thorough in his explanations. At no point did I feel rushed. Despite the briefing I gave the nurse who escorted me to the exam room, he still had me go over my history related to the complaint. I thought this was exceptional as it assured he had a full picture of what brought me in that day. He offered several treatment options with different levels of intensity and explained the pro/con to all recommended medications.

Dr Grimm was vert attentive in listening to my problem and evaluated me. He prescribed medicine to ease any inflammation. After my MRI he called me to review it.
