Matt was such a great provider! I have been struggling with hormonal acne and am very self conscious about what others are thinking about me when I have my breakouts. I found myself apologizing (anxiety) for how bad my skin was when I got to the exam room and the medical assistant shared that she struggled with breakouts too so she understood how I was feeling. Empathy… just what I needed. He took the time to address it professionally and never once made me feel uncomfortable or ashamed. He provided a clear care plan and prescribed medication for treatment. It’s been almost 2 months since my appointment. While I still have had some breakouts since then, I can definitely see and feel a difference in my skin because of the care plan. I will be coming back for follow up and a skin check soon!

Terrible. As I was puling into the parking lot, I was informed my appointment was cancelled because the doctor never showed up. They informed me I would have to wait about 2 months for another appointment. Totally unacceptable.

Really happy with seeing Matt, the PA. He was really nice, he listened to whatever questions or concerns I had, and he explained everything in a way that I understood. I had a small mole biopsied and I didn’t feel a thing. I felt comfortable with him and with the nurses. I really appreciated that they didn’t make me feel rushed or that I was just another patient, everyone I encountered was very personable. I’m really glad that I switched to this practice because my previous experience with dermatologists was not great.
