Dr. Sorrentino has been my cardiologist for about 5 years when I first was dx with a heart user. He has followed me from then to a hospitalization that included an infection in my mitral valve.he has alwa7s been caring, supportive, educational and inclusive in my care. I had mitral valve repair open heart surgery not at the U of C. He has continued his caring care post surgery including helping me understand and chose my options- as aways.
Dr Sorrentino is very thorough in explanations and listening. He is the best care I've had from a cardiologist!
