My goal is to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. I take a holistic approach to care, prescribing medication only when necessary and integrating therapeutic techniques to promote overall well-being. With expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of psychiatric conditions, I am here to help you navigate life’s challenges and build resilience. I believe that every individual’s journey to mental wellness is unique. My approach is open-minded and compassionate, providing a supportive space where patients feel heard and understood. Together, we explore life’s challenges, analyze their impact, and identify practical solutions—whether through therapy, medication, or other interventions. Recovery is a gradual process, and I emphasize progress over perfection. My goal is to empower you with education, insight, and personalized care, helping you build resilience and move toward lasting well-being. If you're ready to take the next step, I’m here to support you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

As a board-certified Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist, I provide compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals across all stages of life who are facing mental health challenges. Whether you are a child struggling with ADHD, anxiety, or behavioral difficulties, an adolescent navigating mood changes, academic stress, or identity concerns, or a young adult dealing with life transitions, depression, or emerging psychiatric conditions, I am here to support you. I also work with adults managing anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship difficulties, as well as parents seeking guidance in understanding and supporting their child’s mental health. My approach is holistic and collaborative, focusing on personalized treatment plans that may include therapy, medication when necessary, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term well-being. If you are looking for a supportive and open-minded environment to explore your concerns and find effective solutions, I invite you to take the first step toward mental wellness.

I really like Dr. Maximus. He really listened to me while asking me questions to assess me and make sure my needs were being met. In my experience, most psychiatrists just run through a checklist and don't let you speak to communicate context. I am very happy that he was available and it was really a refreshing experience.
Verified patientVideo visit
Not professional and did not have a secure location during the meeting. No follow-up email after the discussion and seemed like he was reading a script instead of talking to an actual person. Would not recommend at all.

Dr. Antube, was so nice. Let me talk about all the things as well as communicate communicated very clearly and if I ever did have to ask him to repeat himself, he did very slowly clearly and communicatively all in all I usually dislike having male psychiatrist, but he is very, very nice and made it completely comfortable so I cannot recommend him enough

I had a really positive experience. He listened carefully, made me feel understood, and helped me see a clear path forward. It’s been a long time since I felt truly heard, and I left the session feeling hopeful and motivated to start rebuilding myself. I’m genuinely looking forward to our next session.

He was very knowledgeable and understanding of my conditions that I have been battling with my whole life when no one was able to help me before. I’m truly grateful and I feel like a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. I’m hoping that I can live a normal life now.

My experiences with Dr. Anitube were pleasant, but dealing with the staff was a very unpleasant and frustrating experience. Getting my meds from the pharmacy was consistently a nightmare-- it often took multiple phone calls and emails before I could receive a proper response. On several occasions, the woman answering the phone would blame something on the pharmacy until I called the pharmacy to learn that the proper paperwork had never been sent in. More than once, I was told incorrect information that directly impacted my ability to pick up my prescription. Every time the front desk made an error, they would give me a time they'd call back by-- not once were they within hours of when they said I'd hear from them. Again, Dr. Anitube is good in his field but attempting to communicate with his office made me feel disrespected and not at all cared for.

Front office staff was nice but there was a language barrier or at the very least an accent barrier I wasn’t able to interpret myself

Amazing Psychiatrist 10/10 recommend

It was good. Not so much empathetic as much as effective, attentive and helpful. This is why it is important to get counseling as well as medication.

Great - knowledgeable psychiatrist, unfortunately my current crisis situation does not support opportunity to afford copay fees required to continue future sessions..

Dr. Anitube has been amazing to work with! I was able to get an appointment with him so much quicker compared to other providers, and he really took his time to listen to my problems and help me come up with a solution - not just medically, but also behaviorally. His assistant, Celeste, is so wonderful to work with and has been so prompt and thorough in getting me my medication and answering after-appointment questions. They are an outstanding team to work with.
Very nice and understanding

Appointment was for in person - arrive to a locked office and was told they don’t do in person on that day. Sent me an invoice before I even saw the doctor. Avoid.
It was great. He is very helpful & kind.
Dr. Anitube has been very thorough and careful. I appreciate his care in making gentle changes in medication to minimize side effects, reactions, if possible.
Great!
I've been to other psychiatrist before and he is the only one that truly made a difference in my life the entire office staff is wonderful as well. The office manager Cynthia, is also so kind and so sweet and so helpful and she goes above and beyond not only for myself but for everyone and she seems to make everyone she works around very happy and glowing. I made the mistake of leaving this office before and I'll never do it again Even if I have to pay out of pocket full price It's still worth it,
I’ve been seeing DrAnitube for the past 2 years and the expierience has been transformative . Dr. Anitube is incredibly empathetic, attentive and professional . His approach to treatment is both insightful and effective . Highly recommend his practice at New Horizons Center for Healing .
