They weren’t even aware of the appointment. Had to wait more than an hour since the scheduled time, took another an hour to get through the process. Doctor very unpleasant, rude, and condescending.

X-ray technician is not always on site, apparently they travel around between different locations. I had a 5:15pm appointment and was told the X-ray tech was finishing 3 other patients' at a different location before they would then travel to the Bedford location for me. I left immediately. Front office staff was very friendly though!

The doctor was super knowledgeable they were attentive and informative. Everyone was friendly and facility was clean. I really really liked my doctor wish I can make my primary. And the medical assistant was nice as well as the receptionist. You use mobile app to check in which I prefer than a kiosk or at a desk or filling out a clipboard. I have never written a review for a medical anything so i really enjoyed my visit!
