They weren’t even aware of the appointment. Had to wait more than an hour since the scheduled time, took another an hour to get through the process.

X-ray technician is not always on site, apparently they travel around between different locations. I had a 5:15pm appointment and was told the X-ray tech was finishing 3 other patients' at a different location before they would then travel to the Bedford location for me. I left immediately. Front office staff was very friendly though!

The doctor was super knowledgeable they were attentive and informative. Everyone was friendly and facility was clean. I really really liked my doctor wish I can make my primary. And the medical assistant was nice as well as the receptionist. You use mobile app to check in which I prefer than a kiosk or at a desk or filling out a clipboard. I have never written a review for a medical anything so i really enjoyed my visit!
