I believe wellness can be achieved by anyone and that it starts with a trusting relationship between patient and provider. I use a combination of medication management and a variety of psychotherapy models to help people better understand themselves, empowering them to make positive changes in their life experience. I have experience working with people with trauma history, child and adolescent mental health concerns, and substance use disorder. However, I have worked in several settings addressing all mental health conditions, including psychosis, mood disorders, ADHD, and anxiety. I hold a Master's in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Stony Brook University, which has equipped me with the skills to provide comprehensive and compassionate care.
