Dr. Hall is experienced. She knows what she doing. However, her bedside manner is rough. I feel rushed. She'd left un-explained care after the treatment unless you ask. I went home and realized that I have a scratch and sore x few days, possibly from the speculum scratch, which's rarely happenned. I'm dissapointed although she had treated what need to be treated.

Excellent bedside manner. Really listened to my concerns and developed a plan that we were both comfortable with. At the end of the appt, she recapped everything, making sure I understood. Made me feel like she actually cared. Wait was long, but worth it. I trust her with my care.

Due to a complication, I had to see a doctor, fast. I was able to get an appointment right away. Once there the staff was super friendly and welcoming. I felt really comfortable talking about what was going on. Dr. Hall heard my entire medical history and was the first doctor I've ever been to to look at the whole picture, not just my current symptoms. I feel very confident that continuing treatment with her will be the best course of action for me. I highly recommend this doctor.

Friendly, professional office environment from start to finish.
I liked that the doctor spent quite a bit of time with me initially, evaluating my past/current condition, since I was a new patient. She was very patient & thorough during the health assesment part as well as during examination. She is the kind of person with whom you naturally feel comfortable: very approachable and easy to talk to.
I finally found a doctor who is ...... a keeper. :-)

This was my first visit ever to a gyn and I felt extremely comfortable through all parts of the visit. The nurses were especially friendly and didn't take themselves/the process too seriously - which put me at ease. Dr. Hall explained what was going to happen during the visit and also explained why, which was very helpful.

Efficient check-in - staff is very sweet. Liked Dr. Hall - she spent time with me trying to figure out where I am and what I want as far as going forward with options for care. Very happy they also have a Tysons Corner location.

Dr. Hall and her staff were so kind and caring. They took the time to talk to me and ensure I was ok on all levels. It was like seeing a family doctor even though it was my first time.

What I expect from any medical professional,is getting satisfactory explanation for the condition and receiving prescription for the same. This is basic duty of any medical professional. Well, Dr. Hall was good with the first thing,she answered my questions,explained me the current condition and medication required. Then I wait for the prescription to be sent or receive from the nurse. I receive half of the prescription and asked the nurse about the other medication. She then rushed to the doctor who was going to see other patient,and the doctor said that's it, no other medicine. But I was in bit ambiguity that doctor must have forgotten what she told me. The thing I did not mention earlier, the horrible MORE THAN ONE HOUR WAIT TIME! After that improper treatment and unattentive staff.
Two days later I receive a call apologizing for the day and informing me that there is one medication that has been sent to my pharmacy. Seriously?!
VERY UNSATISFIED. I don't think I will be going for my follow up visit.

Honestly, I was expecting the office to be a lot more up to date than what it was. The scale, for example wasn't digital, like what I'm used to using at my previous doctor's office. I felt like I had to ask certain questions in order to get specific answers from her. I'm unsure if I'll be back to this office.

This was my first visit with Dr Hall and I was happy I switched doctors. My old doctor's office was so rude and unprofessional that I decided to switch doctors. Dr Hall's staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dr Hall was fantastic at explaining everything that she was doing during the exam and answered questions I had. She was very reassuring when I was nervous about a procedure and didn't rush through the exam or herd me out of the room like I was cattle (which had occurred at my previous doctor's office). I'm very happy I've found a doctor that actually cares about her patients and staff.

I was incredibly impressed with Dr. Hall and her office. I arrived 15 minutes early and had literally no wait time. Dr. Hall's assistant was wonderful, and Dr. Hall did not make me feel rushed, was very thorough and knowledgeable, and explained everything to me clearly. What a relief to find such a wonderful doctor.

She was awesome. We spent about 30 minutes chatting about my medical history and any questions/issues I had. I don't think I've ever had so much uninterrupted time with a doctor before! I was very impressed!

I saw Dr. Hall for a routine pap smear and talked with her about PCOS. We went over my symptoms and she listened and ordered necessary tests for my condition. She is very easy to talk to, very experienced with PCOS and infertility, and very approachable. The office in Alexandria isn't anything fancy. The 90s posters and decor made me chuckle, but it is very clean there and I was very pleased with my experience there. I highly recommend!
