Melissa Gabrielli is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Family Mental Health Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She completed her Doctorates of Nursing Practice at the University of South Alabama.
Melissa is uniquely trained in behavioral and mental health care. She specializes in complex trauma, PTSD- military and non-military, addiction, acute and chronic depression, anxiety, attention deficit disorder, and eating disorders. She is qualified to diagnose and treat children, adolescents and adults.
Specialized training in ketamine infusions and focus on alternative/ holistic approaches to whole person care.
Additionally, she specializes in oncology with expertise in pediatric blood and stem cell transplant. She also has extensive training in emergency medicine.

I went to a physical and to have a basic blood draw. I was told that some additional blood draw tests would be covered under the same code as my physical and so I would not incur additional charges for those tests. I went to have my blood drawn, had second thoughts, asked for additional confirmation that I wouldn't be billed. After receiving an assurance that the additional tests would be included as part of the physical I went through with the tests.
A month later I received a bill from Quest Diagnostics and its still getting resolved 4 months later. This has consumed around an hour of my time. This is not the experience or I expected.

Well, considering the entire world is in panic mode over COVID 19, the video appt is amazing and SAFE. I've never experienced a video appointment before, so I didn't know what to expect; regardless it went really smooth. (Don't try and use your cell during the appointment, especially if it's connected to your pc, cus it'll buffer) Things went well all in all. For someone that hates change and stays freaked out especially NOW? Yeah, this was awesome. At least I know who and what I was and was not exposed to for my appt. I may just do this every time I have to go to the doctor. It beats the heck out of having to sit in the waiting room. (Except for the saltwater tank. I like seeing the tank)
