“I looked in the mirror this morning and saw a glimpse of my old self before I had lip and eyelid eczema—thanks to P.A. Jade. Although my eczema was my main concern, considering it was the condition that caused pain on my face, Jade also took my aesthetics into consideration as well. I expressed to her that I loved skincare and had to halt any treatments in fear it would irritate my eczema spots. Even though I was heartbroken to hear I’d have to stick to a sensitive skin routine for the rest of my life, I was happy to hear that I would eventually be able to go back to using actives and more skin care that addresses concerns like visible sun damage and wrinkles. She said “we will get you there,” and that eased the sadness I felt when I realized I’d have to give away all my favorite Korean skincare products. She was everything a provider should be: calm, cool, collected, knowledgeable, empathetic, and professional. The office was also beautiful and the front desk staff were lovely. 10/10”
