I went to get a keloid looked at, and attempt to get a general overview.
She looked at the keloid and said I’d have to book another appointment for a general appointment.
I wasn’t asked to specify reasons when booking.
I’m not scheduling 2 appointments when you looked at my arm for all of 2 seconds. It took so little time there’s no reason we couldn’t combine “appointments”.
Also saw online there is treatment for keloids. None was offered in my case. Just a hi, look, see you next time. Waste of a visit.
I had half a mind not to pay if they asked for a copay it took so little time (luckily they didn’t ask)! My wait time was longer by a mile!

I had a problem with my doctor's referral, it seems that my HUMANA Insurance dropped the ball. I drove 25 miles to see this foot doctor afther waiting over an hour the Receptionist tells me they have to re book for tomorrow, so i drove 25 miles back to my home with burning unbearable feet all red and blistered a lot of pain, waited overnight got up tried to put my shoes on let me tell you, you have no idea what pain is until you have this, I still have no idea, on what is causing this terrible pain. The doctor says it's from either a tic, flea or rodent. I live in a very clean home, have No dogs ever in my home, no pets of any kind. not even a fish. So she gives to me a prescription for Two creams and one bottle of pills, it's now been 19 days, and the pain and looks are about the same. as first day. do not get me wrong here Doctor Nicole seems to be wonderful at her job. I am looking very forward to seeing her soon.

Being a women with acne is always a hard battle... trying this new doctor I had hope about the situation unfortunately that was not the case. I was not listened to whatsoever when doctor came in she immediately wrote me a prescription. Did not ask any questions or had any concerns for what was actually going on with me. Doctor was in the office for less than 2 minutes and shoved a paper in my hand and said you can leave now. I felt leaving very unheard and disappointed.

I had a list of skin concerns that I wanted to discuss during my appointment with the doctor. However, the assistant informed me that I could only address one or two issues (the first time that this happened to me, ever).
Although the doctor was friendly and helpful, she seemed to be in a hurry and only saw me for five minutes. It was discouraging to take time off work and feel rushed during the appointment. Overall, I felt dissatisfied with the experience

Nice office staff and nurse. The doctor took one look at me and said she didn't know what was wrong and told me just to come back in 2 weeks. I was really looking forward to this visit since my skin broke out in a rash that I never experienced before for a few days and really wanted an answer or attempts to find an answer. No attempt was made besides just taking a quick look at me for a few minutes and telling me to come back in 2 weeks.
