Dr. Yih had amazing bedside manners but what I loved the most about her was that she only speaks medically. Meaning, she wasn’t trying to give us false hope or sugarcoat anything, in fact she wouldn’t even advise anything until she had all my medical records. I found this a point to be taken, as most places are only after your money and they will say anything just to reel you in.

My husband and I had a very pleasant visit with Dr. Melissa Yih. We were both nervous and hesitant about this whole process but our first visit made us very excited and less worried. Dr. Yih is very personable, polite and very concise with her communication. We felt she really cares about the process and the way she explained the steps felt like she’s part of the family. The staff were also very courteous and timely.

Initial appointment was telehealth. Dr Yih was on the call and available right on time. She listened and validated my concerns and reflected them in our plan. She was clear and easy to understand for the next steps moving forward. Her office staff called me immediately afterwards to discuss upcoming appointments, procedures to schedule, and financial responsibilities. It was easy to reach them via the patient portal when I needed to reschedule my upcoming appointment. Only an initial telehealth appointment, but based on this I would recommend her for anyone needing fertility help

I had my initial tele appointment & so far I only have nice things to say about Dr. Yih & her staff. Shes a great listener & covered all my questions & concerns. I ended my visit with her feeling more hopeful than I’ve ever been through my infertility journey. I still have a long way ahead of me but she is the first doctor that has found a way to make me feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel for me. Instead of focusing on the negatives she focused on the positives & I am very glad to have found her. Her staff is amazing & so nice and helpful. I love that they are quick to answer emails or portal messages and I’ve even received a phone call well before my next scheduled appointment just to make sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns. The portal is a great tool. I love that I can send a message at any time & I also love that they have a financial advisor reach out and explain everything from what’s covered by insurance & what is not. They leave you with no questions.
