This was my first time ever using ZocDoc and having a telehealth appointment. I didn’t know what to expect but I had a fantastic experience and the process was so smooth/easy! Would definitely recommend this provider to anyone else.

It clearly says on Zocdoc they do MRI’s. I booked the appointment after they saw the reason I was coming in and approved the pending appointment. I drove 1 hour to get there, I fill out the paperwork and they take me in the back and say they don’t do MRI’s. There is a 0% chance they did not see my reason for the visit before hand. The nice young lady at the front desk said they always have this problem and they blamed Zocdoc for not taking off the app. Terrible experience. But hey everyone who needs a MRI, they don’t do them.

Not sure who is the person at fault but on Zoodoc, it clearly states that this provider has OGBYN services but upon showing up for the appointment, I was told that this facility only provides general PCP service.

The appointment was super quick and efficient. However, I feel like the follow-up afterward and communication is lacking. I received test results and heard nothing from my doctor when there were items of concern in there. When I called to go over the results, the office required me to pay a co-pay just to go over the test results over the phone. Additionally, when I tried to leave a message afterward, through their portal and called/left a VM, I heard nothing back. Overall, I would've preferred better customer service as a new patient.

I am blown away by the humanity in this doctor. She was kind, patient, and offered solutions to my hiccups in health. I have rarely ever had a medical experience where the doctor spoke to me like I was a human and genuinely listened to me. I have a dozen specialists and have seen at least 30 doctors in the past 10 years since my accident and only 2 have ever been this amazing, she is one of them! She was beyond amazing, and I would drive 100 miles to see her as my doctor. I can't speak highly enough about my experience with her, just based on how she treated me as a human being and not a problem, or an inconvenience. Thank you!

Horrible. She prescribed wrong medication even though i told her the specific brand i’d like. Also she only prescribe 6 months even though i requested 1year. Usually for the birth control pill it’s good for 1 year. They just want your money… be aware folks. Horrible
