The visit itself was fine. But both the provider and Zocdoc were constantly harassing me for a review while knowing I was sick. Thats ridiculous and makes me not want to use either provider again.

I had an appointment for test results which is typically something quick, you should be in and out. I waited 30 minutes for test results bored because the medical assistant told my significant other he could Not come to the room with me. My significant other has come with me several times before. If you are trying to dictate who is not allowed with the patient , at least do not make your patient wait. I did get the referral I needed but I do not appreciate anyone trying to isolate me in a clinic where I am supposed to be comfortable.

Went in for sore throat and illness. PA (Hailey) asked if ibuprofen was helping symptoms and if I was having trouble swallowing. I said yes I was having problems swallowing, and no the ibuprofen was not helping. I have a history of pharyngitis and informed PA of that, and said that usually steroids are helpful for me in reducing inflammation and symptom relief. She proceeded to prescribe me more ibuprofen, deny steroid request, and tell me to come back in a couple days if I began to have trouble swallowing (which I am already having and had informed her of...). I told her I had concerns about that and she responded by telling me she was not dismissing my pain but that they don't prescribe steroids on the first visit. Overall unhelpful.
However, I was seen in a timely manner and office staff and med techs were extremely friendly and helpful. Only complaint is about PA. In and out in less than 45 minutes.

Even though I had an appointment, I waited for over 90 minutes to be seen for less than a one minute appointment. There was no communication in between to set expectations on the timing.
