My first experience at Metro Urgent Care on Montrose was great! I would recommend it to others, especially for those who live nearby. They accepted my Medicaid-County Care insurance. I could have gotten an appt same day, but decided to go the next day. The staff were very friendly and professional, and I felt comfortable with everyone I met. After finishing some brief (in office) forms, I only waited about 5 minutes before being called back for some labwork and Rx refills. Everything during the appointment went smoothly, and wait times were short (maybe 2-3 min of waiting total). There were only 2-3 other patients, but I've had longer wait times at other offices while being the only patient on site, so I felt like the staff at MUC kept things moving along well. All of my questions were answered fully and respectfully, and I feel confident in and grateful for the care I received during my appt. If/when needed, I'll visit MUC again. 10/10 would recommend.

Doctor McNerney was extremely nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Her staff was also very friendly and accommodating, and the clinic was spacious and clean. I would definitely go back, and I recommend this doctor and her staff to anybody with a health issue.

I appreciate the prompt service here, however there was no actual diagnosis provided in the end. Also they did a blood draw here and they did not do that well at all. Had a significant bruise that covered the lower half of my arm. They are local to me so I would probably use them again but if I find somebody who seems a bit more on top of it I would probably go there instead

I had very bad experience at the front desk when I arrived. They had not a clue that I filled out the form online and submitted my insurance information and ID. Then the lady at the front desk mentioned that my date of birth in incorrect on the insurance side and unable to verify. I had to call my insurance and all was good on their side; however, making the long story short. The front desk messed up said some vague stuff like the girl who was pulling my information did not have full access to the documents and therefore, unable to verify my DOB on insurance. lol - but the doctor or the NP was excellent. She was very pleasant, courteous and had me in and out in 15 mins. Awesome! but the front desk lady was very rude and did not make an eye contact once while talking. However, at the end she able to verify my info. and she started acting nicely. But the first part of the service was really bad, like they were upset that I was their. LOL

Overall positive experience. Convenient. Insurance accepted. Staff and Dr. pleasant and organized. Appointment on time. Dr Kacey's exam and diagnosis/prognosis was thorough. Took time to respond to patient concerns and questions. Did not feel rushed. I most definitely would recommend to anyone seeking local immediate care. Great work Metro!

Both the professional and friendly staff ensured that I didn't have to wait long. The physician's assistant listened attentively to the reason for my visit, explained everything clearly, and addressed all my concerns. I felt very comfortable during the appointment. I highly recommend this place; it's conveniently located close to home.

I waited 50 minutes and was never seen by the provider nor were basic tests for COVID and strep done. I had to leave to pick up my son from school. I had better get my co-pay refunded.

I expected more information from the doctor regarding pregnancy or planning of getting pregnant. I am knew to this and I was expecting the doctor to guide me more or asked me questions instead of me asking. The doctor instead gave me a referral somewhere else where I can get all the answers.

My sons appointment was for 10:30. He wasn’t feeling good had a ear infection and was crying in the waiting room and they took care of him really fast even though it wasn’t time yet for our appointment we got there a little early.
