Hi, I'm Michael. I bring over two decades of diverse healthcare experience to my practice, grounded in a Master’s in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Walden University. I have a genuine commitment to people-centered, compassionate, and holistic care. I am dedicated to transforming mental healthcare into a journey of understanding, personal growth, and enduring positive outcomes.
I tailor individualized treatment plans that prioritize the unique needs of each patient, fostering a therapeutic alliance and creating a safe space for open dialogue that advances mental well-being.
Beyond the clinical setting, I find joy in the culinary arts, travel adventures, and the discipline of aikido. As a Generalist serving individuals ages 16 and older, I aim to make a meaningful impact on the mental health and overall well-being of my patients.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
In my practice, I adopt a patient-centered philosophy that prioritizes empathy, understanding, and respect for each individual's unique experiences and values. A philosophy built over two decades of intensive and compassionate healthcare and experiences. By drawing on evidence-based guidelines as well as my own diverse experiences, I work closely with patients to develop a tailored and comprehensive treatment plan that addresses both immediate needs and long-term goals.
This includes educating patients about their condition, promoting healthy behaviors, implementing coping strategies to manage symptoms, and working closely with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination of care.
I foster a therapeutic alliance that will help you to a journey of understanding and personal growth.

This provider was not interested in anything I had in mind as far as mental health medication. He was used to fill my current prescriptions, and his advice was to continue taking a drug with heavy side effects.
All in all, I was not impressed. He’s a run of the mill, Medicaid doctor and that’s it. Nothing special. Next….
