Michael Cotton is an orthopedic surgeon fellowship-trained in foot and ankle surgery. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from UT Health San Antonio | University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Born and raised in Houston, he's grateful for the opportunity to treat patients from his hometown and the surrounding area. We (my wife and I) love Dr. Cotton, he explained everything in detail and didn't let us leave until we were comfortable with the treatment and expectations going forward. I hope I never need to use him again but it's good to know he's there if I need him.

Both the nurses and the doctor listened, carefully explained the procedures (xray and exam) Doctor provided treatment during the visit. My symptoms were improved during the visit.
