What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach to care is collaborative and compassionate. I work closely with each individual to create a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, therapy integration, and lifestyle strategies to support long-term stability and wellbeing. I’m passionate about helping people regain balance, improve daily functioning, and rediscover a sense of hope and confidence in their journey toward better mental health.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I begin with a thorough evaluation to understand your history, current challenges, and goals. From there, we work together to develop a customized treatment plan, which may include therapy referrals, medication management, or advanced options such as ketamine-assisted therapy, Spravato®, or TMS. I check in regularly with my clients, adjusting treatment as needed to ensure you feel supported at every step of your journey.

After scheduling your appointment, you will receive an email from Stella Mental Health (formerly Numinus) containing your intake paperwork. Please allow about 30 minutes to complete this form. Your responses will help your provider prepare for your upcoming appointment. All patients are required to complete the intake form 24 business hours before their appointment. You will receive a phone call from one of our dedicated Care Advocates, who can answer any questions you may have. Please be prepared to provide a credit card to keep on file for co-pays or cancellation fees. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full intake appointment fee ($292). During your intake appointment, you’ll spend 60 minutes with your provider collaborating on a treatment plan tailored to your needs. If in-person treatments are recommended—such as TMS, Spravato, DSR SGB, or ketamine therapy—our care team will guide you through the process and ensure you feel supported every step of the way.
