Doctor Dersam's staff (Brooke Sieilani) are very organized, friendly and comforting. Doctor Dersam himself is a very intelligent, experiences and kind physician. His bed side manners are far better than any other doctor I've been with.

My approach to patient care begins with in depth conversation regarding your lifestyle, injury and goals for recovery. In addition, I would like to form an open, honest relationship to help you become more knowledgable about your orthopaedic problem and treatment options.
I have had extensive training in the areas of total joint replacement and have done an additional fellowship in sports medicine including reconstruction and arthroscopic treatment as well as shoulder and knee injuries.
As a former high level athlete and a now recreational athlete I know the importance of returning to your ideal activity level. Together we can make that happen.
