Being new in town, we could not have been in better hands. Starting with the staff, they go far and beyond to help make the visit go smoothly and be a pleasant experience. We still have most of our belonging in boxes, they make sure they scan everything and email it to me so that we can easily forward information to where it is requested. I encountered some problems setting up the portal. The staff took me by the hand and my issue was addressed and solved in no time. My daughter was a little nervous, especially after she learned that she was getting three shots. The doctor was engaging enough to appease her fear and help her relaxed.
