About Timothy Aldrich
Timothy A. Aldrich, MSN, AGACNP-BC, APRN, is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with over 24 years of diverse experience in healthcare. His career began in New York City and New Jersey as a registered nurse in high-acuity settings, specializing in critical and emergency care. Over the years, Mr. Aldrich expanded his expertise into administrative and leadership roles, serving as Nurse Manager in the Emergency Department and Electrophysiology/Cath Lab, and later as a Quality Management Specialist at Lenox Hill Hospital.
During his tenure at Lenox Hill from 2008 to 2018, he developed the innovative “Sepsis Toolbox,” which was presented at the High-Reliability Conference in Washington, D.C., and implemented system-wide across Northwell Health. His commitment to clinical excellence and patient outcomes propelled him to pursue advanced certifications in emergency medicine, pediatrics, and critical care, followed by the completion of his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and graduate studies as a Nurse Practitioner.
As a provider, Mr. Aldrich has served as a hospitalist within the Northwell Health System, in private practice, and in urgent care settings. He is also certified in medical aesthetics and currently acts as Medical Director for several MedSpas. In addition, he serves as a consultant and clinical director for multiple healthcare organizations, contributing his clinical insight and leadership expertise.
Outside of his professional roles, Mr. Aldrich enjoys staying active through fitness training, traveling, reading, scuba diving, skydiving, and competing in Spartan races.
